Accommodations:

The Spinning Wheel Bed & Breakfast offers a choice of 5 comfortable rooms. Each has a queen size bed, private bath with shower, and is furnished with comfortable antiques. One room is available on the ground floor and one room can accommodate an extra rollaway bed for a nominal charge.

The Guests refrigerator contains a variety of complimentary beverages. The main parlor offers books, games and cable TV. Other onsite amenities include bicycles, croquet, badminton, a shady porch with rockers, and tables & chairs outside to enjoy the garden. New in 2008: Complimentary Wi-Fi/Wireless Internet Access.

Meals:

A sumptuous hot breakfast, including fresh baked goodies, is served every morning at 9am in the dining room. Early Morning Fishermen & Businessmen's Continental Breakfast available upon prior notice.

In the evening, you're invited to join us for Drinks & Appetizers from 5pm to 6pm.

If you would like to have a picnic lunch at one of the nearby beaches, parks or Onancock Wharf, let us know the day before and we'll prepare a Gourmet Picnic Basket To-Go. $20 for two, $9 each additional person.

For other meals, we have an assortment of menus from area restaurants available for your review, and will happily recommend our favorites.

Rates:

The Spinning Wheel Bed & Breakfast is open year round. Seasonal room rates are as follows:

    Peak Season (Spring, Summer, Autumn):  $90-$120 per night

    Off-Peak Season (Winter):  $80-$99 per night

Pet guests using our "pet-friendly" room are an additional $10 per night Taxes are not included. We do accept Visa & MasterCard, but please note that credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing charge. Sorry, American Express not accepted, but Cash & Checks are fine! 

*All specials require advance reservations & payment by cash or check for discount. Our 3rd floor "Cozy" Room is already discounted, and is not available for additional discounts.

Also available for Business Meetings, Conferences, Showers, Graduation, Group Retreats, etc.

Cancellations:

Commonly, 1 week (7 days) cancellation notice is required for a refund. 10 days notice is required for Holiday weekends and  Chincoteague's "Pony Penning" week (the last week in July). Any cancellations made in less than 7 days (or 10 days) prior to arrival are subject to a $25 processing fee.

Check-In/Out:

Check-in time is 4pm and we request that you Check-Out by 11am. If you should require other arrangements, please let us know.

Massage:

Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) available onsite. Pamper yourself and massage away... stress... tension... sore muscles... 

Group chair, Individual or Couples Packages offered. (Cash or check only for this special service. Advance notice required)

Children:

As much as we love the little ones, our inn is not suitable for children under 8 years old. If you are visiting with children 8 & over, but would like to enjoy an "adults" evening out or an afternoon activity (like a nice dinner or a round of golf), in-house child sitting can be arranged for a nominal charge.

Pets:

We do have one "pet-friendly" room to accommodate pets (under 50 lbs). An additional fee of $10 per day will apply. Dog treats provided, along with use of Pet Feeding and Water Bowl, if needed. Coming in Spring 2008: A fenced in area of our ¾ acre back property is available for your Pet’s temporary fun and relaxation while you go out and enjoy the same! Pet sitting/walking can be arranged upon request.

Smoking:

Smoking is permitted on outside porches only.

If you should have any special requests, please let us know. Fresh flowers for a special occasion? Early arrival or late departure? Unique dietary requirements? Customized arrangements for local activities or services? We will always try to accommodate your needs and make your stay with us as comfortable as possible, so please don't hesitate to ask.

Gift Certificates:
